These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sector Prism platform and website at www.sectorprism.com operated by Sector Prism ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Sector Prism is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that analyzes social media conversations across financial market sectors. We provide sentiment analysis, cross-platform divergence detection, and AI-generated insights for informational purposes.

Social Media Content: We analyze publicly available posts from Reddit, StockTwits, and Twitter. We do not access private messages, passwords, or personal accounts. All analyzed content is already publicly visible.

2. Not Financial Advice

Sector Prism does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, analysis, and AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only. You should not rely on our platform as the sole basis for any investment decision. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of our platform.

No Broker-Dealer Registration: Sector Prism is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations. We are a technology platform that provides information and analysis tools.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Tier

We offer a free Explorer tier with no credit card required. The Explorer tier provides access to core features including the 10-sector dashboard, limited AI chat interactions, and 7-day historical charts. You may upgrade to a paid tier (Analyst or Strategist) at any time for additional features and higher limits. We reserve the right to modify tier features and limits at any time.

5. Pricing and Payments

Subscription prices are displayed on our website and may change over time for new subscribers
Current tiers: Explorer (free), Analyst ($19/month), and Strategist ($39/month or $199/year)
Founders Year Offer: The first 200 subscribers to the Strategist annual plan ($199/year) will have their price locked in for life, as long as their subscription remains active. This promotional rate will never increase, even if standard pricing changes in the future.
Your subscription price is locked at the rate at the time of subscription for the duration of continuous membership
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy)
Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or year for annual plans) unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our platform
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content without permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
Use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in illegal activity
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, and branding of Sector Prism are our intellectual property or used under license. Social media posts analyzed by our platform remain the property of their respective authors and platforms. Our AI-generated analysis and insights are original works owned by Sector Prism.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Availability and Disclaimers

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

Inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis or summaries
Delays or interruptions in data processing
Third-party data source availability or accuracy
Any decisions made based on information from our platform

Data Source Disclaimer: Our data sources include third-party social media platforms (Reddit, StockTwits, Twitter) which we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of social media content. Users are responsible for verifying information before making decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sector Prism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@sectorprism.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. By using our service, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
